About Laura Pazzaglia and HipPressureCooking.com:
Laura Pazzaglia, comes from a career of directing technology projects at large software and new-media companies in the San Francisco Bay Area. Five years ago she chose to stay home with her newborn and eventually moved to Austria where she discovered pressure cooking, and then Italy where she now resides.

When she couldn’t find the recipes she wanted to cook she started to develop her own. Her website, www.hippressurecooking.com, is a campaign for fast, modern, healthy, energy-efficient recipes. With clear directions and vivid step-by-step photos www.hippressurecooking.com takes the fear out of pressure cooking and injects it with inspiration.

Laura’s personal goal is to get anyone who is just cooking, pressure cooking!
