  1. Thank you for taking the time to research and write these reviews. I have been apprehensive in shelling out so much money of a Kuhn Rikon but your wonderful sight, that I found through Nom Nom Paleo, has reassured me that it will be a good investment. Your recipes are lovely and I can’t wait to try them. Browsing your sight for the past hour has opened up my eyes to all the possibilities with pressure cooking. I only use my old pressure cooker from the 70’s to cook potatoes and pork shoulder for pulled pork. Thank You for the time and effort you put into these reviews. It is much appreciated!!!
