    Hello there,

I have a stovetop pressure cooker that has a psi of 11.60/80 kPa ( Tower OneTouch).

Should I be using the cooking times stated in the Electric/Instantpot Cooker’s column?
If using Instantpot cooking times,is there any other adjustment I should make considering I’m using Instantpot cooking times with a stovetop pressure cooker? Thanks

Hi Loricuoce, yes you would follow the cooking times given for electrics with your cooker. The only tricky thing might be natural release -as I calculate the longer natural release time for electrics in the cooking time for a recipe. But those are usually recipes with forgiving foods and it doesn’t happen very often.
