    Had a late start to a planned meal today (guests coming). Saw in this forum a “smoked meat to instant pot” forum, however could not find myself able to post in that forum.
    I put my pork in at 11a (dinner at 5pm). Planning on smoking for 4/5 hours, then finishing off in the electric pressure cooker.
    Anybody on here have success? just want to see your experiences. #chickwholikestocook

    Sherri, how did your shoulder roast turn out? I’m going to move this message to that topic. Sorry for the difficulties.
