    Good morning! Im new to the instant pot, and the only thing so far that i managed to to not totally messed up is a pot roast with potatoes and carrots. I tried large lima beans with no luck, all i had left of the lima beans were the shells ( the rest was like gravy )
    I’m trying to print out all the info. as in times/pressure release/etc. Any help with tips and tried and true best recipes would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance for your help!

    Butch, how much time did you pressure cook the Lima beans? My chart says 5-15 minutes depending on whether they are soaked or dry. Also, with beans in particular, you need to use “Natural Pressure Release” which takes longer but keeps the cooker from “scrambling” the contents.
