    On you pressure cooking timing chart, under opening method, the terms Natural and Normal are used. I use a stove top pressure cooker and I am familiar with quick pressure release and natural pressure release of the cooker’s own accord. So what’s the difference between normal and natural opening methods in your chart? This may have been asked before.


    Normal = quick pressure release (NOT cold water release!!!)
    Natural = Natural (Wait!)
