    I have a question about recipes that call for using some sort of other insert in the cooker. Like if you are making something that calls for a ramekin or some other cookware to be put in, what are the restrictions to that? Like, I have Pyrex glass containers that I use for leftover storage, and I would not use them for oven cooking, but are they safe for pressure cooking? How about other ceramic/glassware? Is anything that is microwave safe also safe for inside a pressure cooker?

    If the container is NOT oven-safe, then it is not pressure cooker safe.

    Anything that you can put through the high temperatures of an oven, can be used in the pressure cooker. Here is more information along with some ideas about what containers to use:
