    Hi folks, I have two leftover turkey legs & wings in my freezer from Thanksgiving & wanted to make soup.
    Does anyone have a recipe for making stock & soup using just the legs & wings from a holiday bird? (Of course I expect to add vegetables & such)

    Wings in particular are the best bits of a bird to make stock. Legs are probably the second best. I’d just follow Laura’s chicken stock recipe Perhaps chopping up the legs and increasing the time to maybe 45 minutes. Though neither step is probably necessary.
