I bought a small 4qt. on a a yard sell for $ 2.50 This thing cooks bird better than anything I have ever used I have only used it 6 times, I was a little worried about safety but works perfectly ! The coating bonds to the bir AMAZINGLY ,nice crispy ,juicy and quick too . Anybody with different ideas would love to hear ??

How do you release the pressure?
Hold something under pressure gauge to release the pressure. Then remove top.
Lift the bobbing regulator with a table fork; that’s according to the directions. I can prop it there and it stays.
